Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but the price does not match the quality — the main advantage is simply that the apar Positive: The location is great. The apartment itself is not bad. Taking out the trash is very easy, as the trash disposal is conveniently located in the staircase. The building has 5–6 elevators, so there is never a long wait. Negative: The check-in was delayed by 20 minutes. There were no laundry detergents provided, which is important for guests staying more than a couple of days. There is a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The view does not match the photos — two high-rise buildings are being constructed right outside the window, causing noise until late in the evening. The sofa is stained and needs professional cleaning. The TV is not properly mounted. Considering the price and the quality offered, the nightly rate should be about 30% lower. No shower gel in the showers (found hidden deep in a kitchen cabinet). The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly and needs better maintenance. Only one access card is provided, which is very inconvenient — if one person goes to the pool, the others must wait outside or rely on passersby to let them in (we were four people).
