Positive: Good size and great location Apartment ready in time with key/fob on table Negative: A/C in livingroom not working Basic things like a few toiletrie (tioiet pape) and shower get (conditioner only) were not available. Parking spot was taken and different entrence from maps its from main road.

A great place to stay - I definitely recommend it! Positive: These are very spacious and comfortable apartments. If you look out the window to the right, you can see the Ferris wheel on Bluewaters Island, and to the left, you get a beautiful view of Dubai Marina. The apartment has two TVs, one in the living room and another in the bedroom, which is very convenient.

APPARTAMENTO MERAVIGLIOSO Positive: L’appartamento è davvero meraviglioso. Pulito, luminoso, grandissimo. Pur essendo un giorno la piscina del condominio fuori uso, ci è stata data la possibilità di usufruire delle piscine dei palazzi vicini. Il check-in è stato facile. Il wi-fi è veloce. La vista dal ventiquattresimo piano è mozzafiato. di fianco all’ingresso del palazzo, nella zona pedonale, c’è un piccolo ma fornitissimo supermercato. Non solo… la posizione davvero strategica. Nemmeno un chilometro e sei sulla strada principale in direzione ruota panoramica. Con una bella passeggiata sul lungo mare la raggiungi anche a piedi. Negative: L’appartamento è ristrutturato ma il palazzo è vecchio, quindi quando si entra c’è un po’ di odore di umido (che però dopo qualche minuto di finestre aperte va via). Aprendo i rubinetti del bagno è uscita “acqua ferrosa” (quella classica color ruggine) segno che era da un po’ che non veniva fatta scolare. Inoltre il wc era sporco sul fondo.
